Our goal is to provide our alliance members with regular raids to the high end instances in Azeroth, the Eastern Kingdoms, Outland and every other place that might rise from the mists.

2006-10-09 - Battleguard Sartura defeated

After beeing too succesful in Blackwing Lair and thus clearing it in one evening we had a raidfree day - raidfree day? ... not Nexus.
So the brave men and women of the three guilds once again ventured to Silithus and into the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj to face another enemy: Battleguard Sartura who after a couple of tries also had to admit defeat. |

2006-09-26 - The Lord of Blackrock dethroned.
Sometimes nothing works, sometimes everything works just the way it should - today was a day of the latter kind.
You could litterally feel how focused the Nexus raiders were when tactics were explained, healing was sorted out and the question if consumables should be used was answered with a "Nah, we're just having a try". Well, somehow that try resulted in a kill.
A brilliant day for the Nexus alliance and the well earned reward for a lot of hard work.

2006-09-25 - Chromaggus meets his maker!

Make that one left! Evil doggy, evil doggy, you not eat gnome! Well, maybe words don't put Nefarius' guard dog to rest but a stick does :) (err - make that 40 sticks). Nevertheless, we went in and after a warm up at the dragon twins we put him down on 3rd try.
And as there was still time to visit Victor, we went there as well and almost flawlessly passed his first phase. Nefarius, your days as lord of Blackrock are counted, that's a promise - not a threat.

2006-09-24 - Dragon-Twins killed
Nexus did it again, another two dragons butchered... The Dragon-Twins Ebonroc and Flamegor were defeated last week which only leaves us with two more bosses in Blackwing Lair: Chromaggus and Nefarian aka Lord Victor Nefarius.

2006-09-10 - Prophet Skeram robbed of his books
Nexus moves on to pastures new ... forced by Blizzard
As our friends at Blackwing Lair at the moments have some unfair allies in the brothers "Larry Lag" and "Drisco Disconnect" we had to find a proper victim for our wrath. After a quick search, The Prophet Skeram volunteered to be a proper punching-ball and on our 2nd ever visit to the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj he went down after a couple of tries.

2006-09-08 - Suppression Rooms suppressed, Firemaw fried.
Our journey in Blackwing lair continued and the next two bosses were defeated. Broodlord Lashlayer and his trap infested suppression rooms and Firemaw have been killed a while ago.
